Demolition of six existing industrial warehouse structures, removal of redundant infrastructure (hardstand areas, trees and remnant vegetation), relocation of an existing containment cell, and bulk earthworks delivering a benched level pad with boundary perimeter retaining walls — preparing the site for future industrial use. M Projects also obtained the Development Application for the works.
