Authority approvals — including obtaining the Development Application — followed by construction of a 2,600 m? warehouse incorporating two loading docks and 71 basement car spaces.
Additional works included two on-grade car parks (35 and 93 spaces) and the relocation of Hammersmith Road with supporting infrastructure.
